Thank you for choosing Zooma Studio. By booking a session with us, visiting our studio, or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings require a non-refundable session fee to secure your appointment. Your session is confirmed once full payment is received.

  • Gift vouchers cover the base session fee only and do not include any add-on services.

  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

2. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before your session will forfeit the session fee. The forfeited fee will be converted into studio credit, valid for 6 months.

  • You may reschedule once with at least 14 days’ notice, and your session fee will be transferred to the new date. Further reschedules will require a new deposit.

3. Session Policies

  • Session durations and deliverables vary depending on the package purchased.

  • Zooma Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client who behaves disrespectfully to staff or animals.

  • We only photograph one client per session to ensure full attention.

  • Late arrival may result in a reduced studio session time.

4. Image Delivery & Editing

  • Final edited high-resolution files will be delivered within 7-10 business days of your selection.

  • Printed artwork (if purchased) requires an additional 3–5 business days for production.

  • We do not provide unedited RAW images under any circumstances.

5. Refund Policy

  • All purchases (session fees, gift certificates, artwork, upgrades) are non-refundable.

  • If you’re not satisfied with the final images due to a proven technical issue (e.g. corrupted files), we will offer a re-edit or re-shoot where appropriate.

  • No refunds will be given for change of mind, dissatisfaction with personal appearance, or pet behavior.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We collect your name, phone number, email address, preferences, session details, and any additional information voluntarily provided.

  • How We Use Your Information: To confirm bookings, deliver services, communicate offers, and maintain internal records. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

7. Additional Photographic Terms & Conditions

  • Copyright: All images remain copyright of Zooma Studio. All rights are granted to Zooma Studio for exclusive use of the imagery, including posting online on our website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, RED), and related industry websites or blogs.

  • Image Use Restrictions: Clients may not reproduce, alter, or submit images to third parties, publications, or competitions without written approval. Credit must be given to Zooma Studio when images are posted online or on social media.

  • Model Release: By booking, you grant Zooma Studio and its agents the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use or alter any photographic images of you or your pets taken during the session. You waive any right to inspect or approve products or copies using these images. You confirm you are of legal age and have the right to contract in your own name.

  • Purchases: Images from the session are purchased separately, following standard portrait product pricing. Clients will be invited to an in-person viewing session for final image selection and purchase.

9. Liability

Zooma Studio and its staff are not liable for:

  • Accidents, injuries, or damage incurred during the session

  • Allergic reactions to treats/toys provided in studio

  • Pet misbehavior or anxiety beyond our control
